Loss of my son and family caretaking
After spending the last couple of years being care taker to my husband with his surgeries and my son who was battling cancer. Pamela and the team at Vidal and Vidal med have been amazing. I’ll start with the blood work cholesterol went from 257 to 180 - triglycerides went from 102 to 66 and A1c went from 5.8 to 5.4. That was within the first eight weeks! That’s how much just doing the initial eight weeks of the program changed my blood work. I’m down about 9 pounds which is a big deal - I’ll be 55 in September navigating perimenopause is definitely a challenge and even though I am a certified health coach, I knew I could not do this alone. I’m about four months in now. I just started doing small doses of medication’s / micro dosing and while it’s too early to really see the effects because I’ve only been on these for about a week.
