Amazon screwed up, Garvee fixed it
We ordered a carport from Amazon and it was shipped from an Amazon fulfillment center in Houston, Texas. When we received the shipment, one of the packages was missing. We contacted Amazon and they gave us the complete runaround. They strung us along stating that we would get the item. But after 2 full weeks, they said that they wouldn't ship it or even try to look for it. I had contacted Garvee but didn't think I would hear anything. Then I received an email that they would look into it. I gave them the information they required from Amazon. We were able to find the package ID# and I sent that to Garvee as well. Garvee responded and said they replaced the missing item and it was being shipped to me at no charge. Good news, I received it today and all the parts are there. GREAT Customer service from NOAH after bitter experience in the past with Garvee
Yes. Noah, a customer support staff was brilliant in the execution of my request. The background to this story is that, after a lot of deliberation by Garvee that my order no from wayfair will not to be supported, I was asked to give the tracking no of the courier. I gave that to other support staff. It came back negative staring that it cannot be traced. This happened for 3 months. I called the Protection Plan company because I had 3 years Protection, I explained the situation. I told her that All I need is an expert to tell me "where the E4 light can be found to drain the water and how often should I, IF I use the ac for 8 hrs every day". This is ALL I WANTED TO KNOW. NOTHING ELSE. The Protection Plan person told me that there is no mechanical fault so she could not send a person but gave me a bunch of order no. I passed it on to Garvee. Now, NOAH took the effort to understand what I need and how simple the requirement from my side was, and Finally Finally helped me by sending me a picture description of the light location and answered another question as well. The AC is fine and effective but the manual is very very complicated. No pictures description, nothing. If it was not for NOAH'S involvement I would have really really struggled. NOAH is svfabulous staff and takes the effort to address the query after reading the mail. IT PAYS TO HAVE A DEDICATED STAFF LIKE NOAH. SOMEBODY LIKE NOAH DEFINITELY DESERVES MORE APPRECIATION THAN THIS FEEDBACK/ REVIEW DRAFTED. NOAH IS TRULY AN ASSET AND BEST DESCRIBED AS A OERSON WITH DEDICATION, KNOWLEDGE, INTELLECT AND PASSION FOR HER PROFESSION. Thanks NOAH. Update: Following my original review, Garvee contacted me and worked with me to resolve the issue. I have now received a full refund and am satisfied with the final outcome. Although the initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate the company's efforts to make things right. Thank you to the support team for their assistance. initial review : I purchased a Garvee oven through the Walmart Marketplace, and the oven door broke at first use! When I contacted Garvee's customer service for a replacement under warranty, I was shocked by their response. They informed me that the part is "out of stock" and that it would take between 2 to 4 months to fix it!An oven is an essential everyday household appliance. Leaving a family without a way to cook for up to 4 months is completely unreasonable and violates basic consumer protection laws regarding the availability of replacement parts in a timely manner. Garvee refuses to provide a reasonable solution, a quick replacement, or a refund. They expect the customer to bear the consequences of their poor inventory management.Avoid this brand at all costs if you expect reliable after-sales support. I am now forced to escalate this issue through Walmart and financial institutions to get my money back. Extremely disappointed.
